The intergenerational family education of left-behind children has always been a hot topic in academic circles.Relying on the care project for left-behind children in Y City,this study takes L Primary School as an example to analyze the basic status quo and existing problems of the generational family education for left-behind children at the present stage.According to the analysis,the following six aspects exist in the intergenerational family education of left-behind children: 1.Most left-behind children's academic performance is in the middle level;2.The education level of the guardians of the second generation is relatively low;3.Parents have high expectation for their children to go to school;4.The phenomenon of parents' hunger and thirst for affection when they go out is more prominent;5.For left-behind children,they care about the basic necessities of food,clothing,housing and transportation,but relatively ignore the development of their interests and qualities.6.The authenticity of the education types of generational guardians is questionable.In view of the above situation,this paper summarizes three problems: 1.The concept of intergenerational family education is old-fashioned and outdated;2.The education mode is not reasonable enough;3.The education content is single and one-sided.Based on the above three problems,in the perspective of energized,under the guidance to the actual demand of the service object as the main consideration,design section 8 team work activity plan,looking forward to improve every generation of the family education concept,methods and content,emotional expression,communication,get along with demand,to a certain extent,help solve the problem of rural left-behind children and family education.Finally,the evaluation of the group work is completed,and the relevant conclusions about the practical involvement of social work are drawn and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
