Research On The Design Of Silver Health Management Platform Based On Service Design

With the continuous development of China's social economy and scientific and technological level,people's living standards continue to improve,people's average life expectancy has also been greatly improved.However,from another dimension,the number and volume of the elderly in China keeps getting larger,and the form of aging is increasingly severe.China's geriatric medical treatment is still in the stage of development,in this case,the health management of the elderly in China has brought great challenges,but also for the development of China's social economy has brought a heavy burden,reasonable and efficient solution to the health management of the elderly has become one of our important tasks.According to investigation statistics,the relative mass form of health management,management disorder in healthy older men,mainly from the following two aspects: on the one hand,is a physiological reason,memory and perception of the elderly can have obvious decline in sensitivity,vague,inaccurate expression while answering questions,it is can affect the doctor late disease diagnosis and treatment of their own and prescribe treatment.On the other hand,the disease of the elderly has obvious long-term,hidden,different from ordinary people,the elderly in their own physical discomfort caused by those signals are often weak or even no,and so on to the disease has become a discovery,treatment,cure is not so easy.The elderly still need early detection and treatment,as well as more comprehensive,scientific and effective health management services.Nowadays service experience industry is on the rise,intelligent detection of Internet of things technology,data fusion technology,mobile computing technology and other high speed development of science and technology,for us to explore how to use the technical advantages,combined with people-oriented service experience design associated with the elderly health management to solve a series of social hot and difficult problem is our question,It has high social value and practical significance.Based on the investigation of the health status and health needs of the elderly,this paper designed and studied the design of a silver health management service platformwith comprehensive and multi-party monitoring and care,and took the silver health management APP--"Guarding" as the interactive carrier.In order to help the elderly population health prevention,management of personal health records,post-illness health care and other health management services,better serve the health of the elderly.
