In twenty-first Century, the world's population will be aging. In recent years, most of the developed countries and the majority of developing countries have been in or are about to enter the aging society. Developing country as it is, China has entered the aging society earlier. At present, a series of problems caused by aging in China are gradually appearing and causing many social problems. The community, a grass-roots government service agency, gets most familiar with the structure of residents and characteristics of the region. The future works based on elderly service require the cooperation of the community. The recent population management system has been unable to meet the needs of the service work for elderly people in the community, so the community is in great need of the information management system for the old.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:First,Analysis and design of System requirement. According to the household survey in my community area and the relevant research data, within the needs of the grassroots community work, the elderly population management information system is designed to meet the needs of the information management and the home-based care for the aged in my region.Second, the application of data mining algorithm. Clustering analysis method and decision tree method are used in the data mining, to classify the physiological parameters of the different age groups and different physical condition of the aged, and to provide a more targeted life service.Third, system implementation and testing. We use PHP computer language and Dreamweaver editor to design and display of the management information system of the server page; Apache server and MySQL database are used to the management and data storage. We completed the seven functions of the management information system for the community elderly.
