The problem of population aging has become a social problem in the world today,and with the deepening of population aging,the problem of population aging has become a strategic issue necessary for China's economic,social and population development.We should actively respond to the aging of the population and vigorously develop the service undertakings and industries of the elderly.The establishment of the Integrated Management Information System for aging in Jilin Province realizes the multi-party,comprehensive and three-dimensional interaction of data information of the old departments at all levels in the province,and provides scientific basis for formulating the policy and planning of the development of the aging work.Based on the analysis of the work flow and the nature of the work of the Aging commission of Jilin Province,this paper,on the basis of "Implementing the outline of action to promote the development of big data,promotes the establishment of a national interconnection,up and down the information platform for aging work,and strengthens the collection,integration and application of old data and information." The specific requirements,put forward the establishment of an ageing population information management system,so that the elderly population management into electronic,information.In the process of design and implementation,the system adopts the advanced multi-layer network structure design,constructs the large network database with the centralized and distributed database redundancy technology,each layer network front end has the XML,the WEBSERVERS layer,not only breaks through the network communication condition limitation,causes the traditional star network structure to become the mesh structure,It also guarantees the integrity,consistency and security of the data of the aged population,effectively prevents and reduces the loss caused by the human or accidental destruction of data,not only meets the requirements of the centralized data management,but also satisfies the requirements of the remote client operation is convenient and the operation is stable.This system analysis puts forward eight core functions,namely data acquisition,sum mary report,generation database,intelligent query,statistical analysis,life monitoring,busi ness management,public service.Specific including the elderly population,institutional m anagement,statistical analysis,business management,public services,summary statements and other functional modules,including the basic data of the elderly,home-based services,pension services(pension institutions,urban Community day care centres for the elderly,r ural old-age service compounds),old age rights,elderly associations,Stylistic education an d other statistical indicators,is a data acquisition,aggregation,management,analysis and o ther multi-functional information management system.The system uses multivariate linear regression model to predict and analyze the aging of population.The experimental results show that the system can fully meet the needs of th e management business of the Aging Commission,realize the integration and sharing of inf ormation resources of the relevant government departments,and generate statistical data to provide a quantitative basis for the decision-making of government departments.At the sa me time,the promotion and use of the platform can enhance the efficiency of the managem ent of the Aging committee in Jilin Province,and achieve the purpose of informationizatio n,paperless and off-site office,which brings great convenience to the life of the elderly res ident.
