Since the arrival of the all-media era,it is worth exploring how traditional publishing houses can continue to maintain strong vitality and promote the in-depth development of media convergence publishing under the new situation.This paper chooses the "Reader · New Language" platform,the latest digital transformation project of Reader Publishing Group,as the research object,makes a comprehensive analysis of the target market selection,publishing products and marketing promotion strategies in the development process of the platform,and finds that the content of the platform lacks competitiveness and the Chinese subject is not valued.Lack of core technologies and lack of driving forces for integrated development;Compound talents are scarce,and digital literacy needs to be improved;Large pre-production investment,single profit model;The industrial chain structure is not perfect,bound by traditional systems and mechanisms.To solve these problems,the "Reader · New Language" platform needs fusion technology to build a new development path,through continuous output high quality content,realizes digital technology upgrade,optimizing talent cultivation mechanism,building diversified marketing mode,expands the digital publishing industry chain,speeds up the "Reader·New Language" platform of digital transformation process,At the same time,it provides experience and case reference for the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional publishing houses.
