Based on the multi-dimensional perspectives of synergy theory,media evolution theory and innovation theory,this paper takes intelligent media as the research object,and selects Cover News as the research case.To explore the process,effects,difficulties and countermeasures of smart media technological and institutional collaborative innovation.The paper further analyzes the transformation of smart media technological and institutional collaborative innovation on the media industry.The research contents and results of this paper are as follows:First,this paper analyzes the two major influencing factors of intelligent media,think that technological innovation is the driving force of intelligent media,and institutional innovation is the guarantee of intelligent media;and summarizes the technological innovation achievements and institutional innovation measures of Cover News.Second,it studies the process of collaborative innovation between intelligent media technology and institution;and analyzes how the collaborative innovation of Cover News technology and system is realized,which is divided into collaborative innovation of technology and news editing system,collaborative innovation of marketing technology and management system,collaborative innovation of assessment technology and personnel system.Third,the paper analyzes the effects of collaborative innovation,and think that it will form a new configuration of acquisition and editing structure,a new configuration of operation structure,a new configuration of human resources,a new configuration of economic capital,and a new configuration of social capital.Fourth,it analyzes the dilemma of collaborative innovation,which is mainly reflected in the lack of endogenous force of media innovation,the imperfect innovation incentive mechanism,the generally weak foundation for technological innovation,the great resistance to the reform of the existing system,and the low degree of synergy between technological innovation and institutional innovation.We need to Cultivate innovative thinking,adapt to the market environment,apply emerging technologies,promote institutional innovation,and strengthen the parallel between technology and system.Fifth,this paper analyzes the transformation of intelligent media technological and institutional collaborative innovation on the media industry,and believe that the main body of communication has changed from human dominance to human-machine collaboration,the content of communication has changed from homogenization to differentiation and individualization,and the communication media has changed from single function to fusion,intelligent,the communication audience has changed from passive reception to intelligent sharing,and the communication ecology has been reconstructed from clear boundaries to borderless.
