With the development of the embedded technology and computer technology and the emergence of many large complex electronic equipment,people more eager to improve its overall reliability and maintainability.The core of electronic equipment is complex control circuit,which directly affects the performance of the whole equipment.Therefore,in the process of the production and use of the control circuit,the detection,diagnosis and maintenance of the circuit board have become an important basis for its production and use.The research of comprehensive circuit detection has made a great progress in the past few years,but the number and types of signals processed by the control circuit are relatively large complex,the test of circuit board often relies on a large number of manpower,physical sensors and testing instruments in this process.At the same time,there are many problems,such as high professional requirements for testing personnel,large detection area,low detection efficiency and so on.There is an electronic product which can control circuit board system has been put into production and used in the field.The system integrates most of the digital and analog acquisition and output signals in the industrial control field,including temperature measurement,analog quantity acquisition,switch quantity detection,analog quantity output and switch quantity output.In addition,it also integrates a variety of communication methods.So the design for the control circuit of the test system,detection control circuit signal both quantity and type is more,make it has wide applicability.A comprehensive circuit detection system based on reverse simulation is designed in this paper.The design idea is using reverse thinking to obtain the understanding of the control circuit at the design level.According to the back derivation of the manufacturing concept,design concept and physical model about the control circuit,we can establish the physical model of the circuit test system,and the physical sensors needed in the testing process of the control circuit are simulated.The system can effectively simulate the actual working conditions,and get rid of the dependence on physical sensor detection.It not only meets the testing requirements of the control circuit,but also improves the efficiency and quality of the circuit board testing.The system mainly includes two parts: functional testing platform and control display platform.The functional testing platform,which is mainly composed of test circuits,adopts other circuit function modules in embedded ARM processor control system to provide simulation parameters to the tested circuit board.This platform can comprehensively test the thermometry function,analog signal acquisition,output function,switch acquisition,output function,and communication function.The control display platform,which is mainly composed of detecting software of upper computer,is responsible for simulating sensor parameter setting,state parameter acquisition,display,real-time data receiving and delivery,automatic testing and test result statistics and other functions.The system can effectively solve the problem of control circuit board system factory inspection,to realize cost saving,reduce the workload and improve the rate of qualified products have important significance.In this thesis,we design the schematic diagram of the circuit comprehensive test system and drew the schematic diagram of PCB and made the prototype;the programming of the upper computer,the testing circuit board and the tested circuit board is finished,and the function and performance of the system are tested as well.The test circuit is calibrated and measured by using the test system,and the basis of whether the circuit is qualified is given.It has been proved that it meets the expected design requirements and provides a new design idea for the circuit detection of electronic products.
