This makes the product function tests become a bottleneck link step of the manufacturing process. Therefore it is imminent to Design an automated test system acquisition to improve test efficiency and accuracyCombined with test requirements of the interlocking collection-card,this thesis design embedded systems which is specific to the function tests.This system provides input for the working conditions of the test board, Simultaneously it tests whether the output signal parameter meets the established requirements in order to determine whether the product is qualified. The system design is divided into hardware and software.In the respect hardware design,the EP4CE10E22I7 type FPGA chip is the core of this system. a variety of circuit is extended In the chip peripheral including power supply, reset, crystal, output control, data acquisition, serial communication, LED display, JTAG debugging and interface circuit,which makes it a complete embedded system test. In the respect software the program is designed to be modular by using verilog language, achieving the function of UART communication, frame data processing,output drive,input acquisition. And the use of pulse edge detection method. Accurate measurement of the parameters It is measured Accurately including Frequency, duty ratio, drive delay time, off delay time parameter by using pulse edge detection method. In addition, the system provides operating and display interface for human-computer interaction. After the hardware and software debugging, each functional module in the test system is simulated by using Modelsim simulation Software,And the simulation results show this design meets the intended function and timing requirements.The design of test system greatly improved the efficiency of traditional manual testing, and it also solve the problem of artificial visual measurement accuracy. In addition, the design philosophy can also promote the use of electronic products in the field of industrial production test in order to achieve the urgent need in the product test-automation. |
