A Study On The Identity Of Digital Reading From The Perspective Of Embodied Cognition

With the development of technology,people pay more and more attention to the importance of the body,technology and media are around the main body of the existence,embodied cognitive theory is to emphasize the importance of physical participation and environment to human cognition,by combining the embodied cognitive theory with publishing disciplines,can enrich the embodiment of cognitive theory at the same time,but also from the level of reading history to examine the physical participation of various periods,but also in the current digital reading era to analyze the body,scene and cognition of the unity,And find relevant problems and propose corresponding optimization measures.The article is divided into five parts,and the introduction mainly introduces the research background,research significance,literature review,research problems,innovation points and difficulties.The first chapter is an introduction to the concept of embodied cognition theory,the first section is to explain the concept and development of embodied cognition theory,and the second section is to introduce the neural mechanism of embodied cognition,that is,the mirror neuronal system and the theory of embodied imitation that spawns;The third section is to sort out how to participate in reading during the period of body speaking,the period of manuscript,the period of mechanical printing,and the digital age.The second chapter is to analyze the embodied characteristics of the reading form in the digital age,the first section examines the participation of the body through object perception,spatial differences,and interface interaction in digital reading,the second section examines the changes in the reading scene through the reading text,the change of the carrier and the technical empowerment of the scene,and the third section promotes the return of individual consciousness through the return of the body,the expression of technology-driven emotions and the connection in socialized reading to examine the awakening of individual consciousness.The third chapter examines people's understanding and current situation of physical and environmental participation in the digital reading period through questionnaires and in-depth interviews;The fourth chapter is based on the data obtained from questionnaires and in-depth interviews to derive the current problems in the digital reading period,and propose optimization measures for the problems.While enriching the theory of embodied cognition,it optimizes people's physical and environmental participation in the digital reading era,prolongs people's reading time,improves reading efficiency,improves the reading environment,and promotes immersive reading.
