In the age of the Internet plus,with the growth of average salaries in various countries,people's demand for friendly,safe and healthy facilities will be even more than before,and corresponding industries such as mobile device platform,automotive electronics,Internet of things,artificial intelligence and health leisure,medical safety growth and service will continue to innovate.Coupled with big data analysis,the application of AI and cloud computing is becoming more and more mature,and the products and services that realize socialization,customization,and even personalized integration are constantly being developed.Mobile phones,wearable devices,smart homes,smart cities and driverless,etc.have gradually penetrated into daily life,and human society has entered a new era of 5G.5G technology has brought profound changes to human transportation,medical care,industry and agriculture.The characteristics of high speed,low latency and large capacity make 5G a new technology to create the future.Therefore,5G is also known as the “new engine of the digital economy”.The demand for soft boards corresponding to both 3C products and 5G products has been in the ascendant.In the era of 5G+VUCA,VUCA means: volatile,uncertain,complex,and ambiguous.the winner must be the overall solution with high frequency,wireless,voice and high density.Therefore,as W company in the high-end electronics manufacturing industry chain,it needs to continue to focus on the above key points,develop technology,provide high-quality services and products,and meet the social and economic development needs of 5G communication era.The core of human competition is organizational ability,organization The group with strong ability will win.In order to keep up with the company's globalization from 2019 to 2025,it is urgent to train a group of important cadres and seed players for the company.W company has launched the global recruitment of talents and training plan for mid-level supervisors and engineers.The goal is that the main military talent pool of the company's talent echelon can be gradually have a systematic,professional and expansive international vision and ability to form a strong talent team line up,which is the core competitiveness of the company.The core competence must be a collection of various technologies,skills,knowledge,management and other elements that are independently owned by the organization and can provide customers with unique value.Competitors cannot imitate in a short time.The competition between high-tech manufacturing enterprises is actually the competition in the field of technology,in essence,it is still the competition of technology to develop talents,high-tech enterprises want to maintain a dominant position in the fierce competition in the commercial market,they must strengthen the construction of the echelon of technology research and development talents,and ensure the supply of technical research and development talents at the strategic level,so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this context,if enterprises want to survive and achieve rapid development,they must create their own talent inventory,evaluation,screening and training system to support the construction of the company's talent echelon and ensure that there are enough talents to support the development of the business.Starting from the theory of talent echelon construction,based on the current situation of talent echelon construction and development at home and abroad and the current situation of talent echelon construction and development of W Company,this paper points out the problems found,analyzes the problems faced by W Company in the process of product upgrading and transformation in the 5G era and the company's development strategy changes,and the talent dilemma faced by all levels,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the construction of talent echelon of W Company,analyzes the causes of the problems with reference to literature and theoretical knowledge,and proposes improvement countermeasures.Through interviews and surveys,this study uses hierarchical analysis method to scientifically calculate the weight and ranking of each criterion,and finds the key factors affecting the construction of talent echelon: the talent inventory system is the most important in the configuration,followed by the talent training system and the talent echelon database.According to the questions,the paper discusses the background and significance of the research on the construction of talent echelons,the current situation of research at home and abroad,research methods and research contents.According to the practice of talent echelon construction of W Company,the talent echelon construction method is summarized,and the layout and training plan of key positions and key talents are constructed through literature collation,and combined with theoretical research,so as to fully reserve talents for the development of enterprises and avoid talent faults.The problem of talent echelon construction in the electronics industry studied in this paper has a certain universality,and the research results are conducive to stimulating the comprehensive ability of talents to improve,and it is hoped that this paper will have certain reference significance for the construction of talent echelons of enterprises in the rapid development period,especially high-tech enterprises in the 5G industry chain.
