Analysis On The Development Path Of News Talents In Urban TV Stations

Strong foreign media continue to infiltrate,the brutal competition among the various domestic media,so that Urban TV Station to realize that in order to "snatch food from the jaws of a tiger",the training of news talent innovation is the key.However,in recent years,under the impact of the wave of media market,the phenomenon of job burnout of urban television news talent intensified,such as the outflow of news talents,anomie of the behavior of talent,the chaos of interest,the indistinct of the boundary of right,adds up the challenges and the burden of Urban TV Stations.It's a must to rebuild the strategy of news talents' development.This paper analyzes the concrete reasons leading to the dilemma of journalistic talents from the angle of internal factors and external environment,and puts forward the concrete method of reshaping the human cognition of news talents and how to change the macro system environment by using the concept cultivation and practice application to expand space of news talents.Finally,with the concrete example of HRBTV,it proves the practicability and rationality of the development strategy of Urban TV Station's news talents.
