The Xinhua Bookstore in the autonomous region is currently facing fierce competition and is in a critical period of development.Only by quickly changing its concept and improving its management level can it better cope with market competition.Xinhua Bookstore in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has a long history and is the main channel for the publication of the province's publications.The construction of its talent team is the key to the sustainable development of Bookstore,which related to the development trend of Xinhua Bookstore in the whole autonomous region.The effective operation of the book distribution system is inseparable from the talent team of the bookstore,and the distribution work of Xinhua Bookstore is also carried out under the promotion of the talent team.Therefore,strengthening the comprehensive strength of the talent team of Xinhua Bookstore in the autonomous region can promote the vigorous development of the book publishing industry in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and at the same time be able to meet the growing demand.This study takes the talent team of Xinhua Bookstore in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research object.Based on the theory of competency and motivation theory,this paper uses literature research and in-depth interviews to recruit,manage,cultivate,discover problems and analyze problems for further investigation.Improve the construction of the talent team of Xinhua Bookstore in the autonomous region to provide useful countermeasures.Through a comprehensive analysis of the survey results,it is found that the construction of the talent team of Xinhua Bookstore in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region mainly has the following problems: lack of talent demand forecast,unscientific recruitment interview,high-quality talents and minority talents insufficient recruitment;unreasonable talent team structure,performance The assessment is in the form;the training development is single and weak,and the training is lack of science and system.The reasons for the above problems were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and specific measures were put forward to optimize the talent team structure of Xinhua Bookstore in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,including: perfecting the talent recruitment mechanism,establishing a scientific and rational employment mechanism,improving the training mechanism of talents,and reforming talents.Incentive mechanism.
