Research On The Quality Management Of Integrated Circuit Assembly In CR Company Based On Six Sigma

In the recent ten years,the assembly and test industry of semiconductor has a rapid development in China,lots of Chinese companies have achieved word class level on both revenue and technology,however,the quality management skill of most of them is still far from the world class level,embodies in the lower production yield,low reliability level and frequency quality incidents during the manufacture,etc.And finally resulted in high production cost,low customer satisfaction which restrict the further development.Therefore,it is urgent to establish an advanced quality management system and method to improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise.In this thesis,by using the methods of literature analysis,investigation and research,experimental method and summary induction method,taking CR company as the research object,the related problems of integrated circuit packaging manufacturing are analyzed and studied.Firstly,based on introducing the current situation of CR company and their current quality management situation,this thesis analyzed the major problems of current quality management in CR company,and further analyzed the root causes that caused these quality problems.It includes three aspects: First,inadequate product quality design process;Second,is insufficient production in process control management;Third,lack of effective quality continuous improvement.Secondly,according to these problems faced by CR company,combing Six Sigma quality management theory and integrating Six Sigma quality management into CR company current quality management system,established a comprehensive quality method which will be effective for CR company.Specifically,First,apply Six Sigma design procedure into the design of product and process in CR company;Second,enhance production in process controls in CR company;Third,use Six Sigma improvement procedure for continuous quality improvements in CR company.Finally,further studied the implementation plan and expected effects.Through the research on the quality management of CR company,this thesis provides a more efficient quality management method suitable for Chinese integrated circuit assembly and test industry,this has practical reference significance for continuous quality improvements,customer satisfaction improvements and market competitiveness enhancement.
