Research On Quality Management And Control Of Microwave Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Company

With the development of market economy,quality has become the basis of an enterprise,and the quality directly determines the success or failure of the enterprise.Improving quality means that enterprises will be in a favorable position in the market competition.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition of quality,the concept of quality management,the development process of quality management concept,and the main quality control tools,including statistical process control(SPC),Six Sigma management,PDCA management,zero defect management,etc.Secondly,we analyze the current situation of integrated circuit manufacturers of domestic semiconductor.It is found that the manufacturers are difficult to guarantee the product quality for many reasons,such as the complex process assembly,uneven management level development,post-test quality management,time and labor consuming method,and high cost of inspection.Thirdly,we analyze the current situation and existing problems of a W company's quality management system.Statistical analysis is made on the operation of quality management system and the weak links in product quality.The management methods and measures are discussed from the aspects of people,machine,material,method and environment.Finally,the assembly process of two semiconductor integrated circuits are introduced.The eutectic welding and wire bonding principles are also discussed.It is found that the wire bonding process has a main effect on the quality of products in the production process,and it is very important to carry out SPC statistical control for this process.Through the statistical control chart,the process is monitored and the improvement direction and specific measures are achieved.This paper hopes to be helpful for the manufacturing enterprises of microwave semiconductor integrated circuit assembly,and to improve the product quality,the quality management level and their competitiveness.
