Research And Application Of Assembly Process Quality Management System

Quality is very important to the development of equipment manufacturing company. Meanwhile, due to the links between the phase of assembling and many other phases, such as parts procurement, parts manufacturing and so on, it’s important to promote quality management level with the utilization of advanced quality management theory and information technology.Firstly, this thesis analyzed the business requirements of all the phases among the supply chain, especially to the assembling phase, and clarified the quality management system functions oriented to the assembling phase. Secondly, the quality management framework oriented to the product assembling phase was built based on the Service Oriented Architecture technology. The framework contained three different layers which are basic support layer, technical service layer and application execution layer. Thirdly, this thesis analyzed four kinds of data collection process in the data type analysis and collection methods, such as portable terminal collection, automatic identification collection, digital quality check assets collection and integration with other system based on the product multi-source data collection and integration technology. Then, the statistical process control technique was introduced to support the offline analyze and online control for the assembling process, so as to make full use of the quality data collected from the shop floor and contribute to the construction of quality information center. Based on the former research, a quality management system was developed and deployed to the main companies’assembling shop in SANY Group after the application in the Concrete Pumping Machine Company.Through the applications of the assembling phase quality management system, SANY Group elevated the application level of information technology, optimized the quality management business process.In the end, further research directions were anticipated. The quality management system to the assembling phase could be extended to the whole supply chain processes, including the parts manufacturing, post sales, etc. By constructing the total supply chain quality management system, SANY group could get more benefits.
