The Application Research Of Six Sigma Management In The Supply Chain Quality Control Of Integrated Circuit Industry

With rapid development of global economy,company competition is becoming incentive.Quality management ability of supplier chain directly determines the competitiveness.It is a difficult problem for IC enterprises that how to improve the quality of supplier chain effectively and handle with the quality issue quickly.The application of Six Sigma method can provide solution to this problem.The research of this aspect has great attentions.This thesis focused on research on the application of Six Sigma in the supplier chain,Because the traditional method of suppler chain management is fairly limited and rough and suppliers improve themselves.The efficiency of solving problem was subject to its management.So combined with Six Sigma,a new management model of supplier chain is brought out in this paper and make the problem to be solved quickly and effectively.The main contents include:On the background of present supplier chain research,the feasibility of Six Sigma and existing problem of A company are combined to be analyzed.Thus Six Sigma mode applied in supplier chain management,the system frame of Six Sigma is established,which includes management structure,implementation plan,training certification and incentive mechanism etc.The case for A company is provided to evaluate the effects and implementation of Six Sigma project basing on five stages of DMAIC.In the last part of the thesis,it summarized the whole content and future expectation have been given in the subsequent research.
