| This research paper uses theoretical study,key employee interview and analysis methods as the main research methods,taking reference to relevant theories and research results of project management.The author gathers,summarizes and refers to relevant domestic and foreign books,successful cases and research results,and takes the present project management work of Internet company E company as the research object.By key employee interviews,project data analysis,and daily work observation,the author summarizes main problems and verifies them.By considering the actual project management situation in E company,referring to related theories and cases,the author generates an optimization plan based on agile and Scrum.The optimization plan improves the project organization structure and software development project management method of E company.Using the sprint with the Scrum framework,the optimization plan enables quick reaction to continuous changing requirements.By daily stand-up meetings,the optimization plan increases communication frequency and improves communication efficiency and quality.By dividing the project work into several sprints,the development cycle is shortened,so that the entire team can move forward collectively with internal operation.Through the self-organizing team,the enthusiasm of project team members is effectively improved.The optimization plan also includes data support for performance appraisal by collecting activity or artifact performance data under the Scrum framework.The author also uses a pilot project of the E company to verify the effectiveness of the relevant measures by the optimization plan,and proposes relevant measures to ensure the smooth implementation and continuous advancement of the optimization plan.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide problem-solving ideas and reference for other companies with similar problems. |
