Along with the impact of global information technology and the trend of the economy, software development has undergone tremendous changes, customer demands for software products which are increasingly specialized and personalized. So for software developers, how fast response to customer demand for improved customer satisfaction software product, is the most important issue. The problem with traditional development methods have been gradually exposed, if you can find a newer, more scientific approach to development, in this development model, not only can solve the problems of traditional development methods, improve efficiency, but also to develop software products to meet customer demand, we can make software developers in a leading position in this competition.This paper studies how to successfully use Scrum agile development methodology in the project. This article describes the author’s personal experience of the project,describes and summarizes the problems and some of its shortcomings under the traditional development methods of software projects, the purpose is to help small and medium sized organizations looking for a new and operable and effective method,circumvented the drawbacks of traditional development methods, improve process management of software projects.In this paper, a practical case leads to the traditional development methods compared with Scrum agile development methods, introduces the theoretical framework of Scrum. Scrum is a form of agile software development methods, it is an iterative and incremental software development process. Scrum Master role of Scrum roles, similar to traditional development methods, project manager, responsible for maintaining the entire process and task, the product owner is similar to the traditional demand for staff development mode, the development team is similar to the traditional development model developers.
