Research On Crossover Cooperative Services Ofpublic Librariesfor Smart Health

With the rapid development of economy and technologies in the smart society,smart health came into being.The public health concept of "disease treatment as the centern" has gradually turned into the big health viewpoint of "health promotion as the center".People believe that the main health service providers are not only limited to medical and health organizations,but also involve the common responsibility of themselves and even the society.Many national health services policies all show that health services are not only professional medical and health services,but universal social services and the common responsibility of the whole society.In order to promote the realization of smart health,cross-border cooperation of various social forces are needed which to advocate the health concept and carry out health services such as health knowledge and skills for the public.As a service institution with social education functions,public libraries have the characteristics of publicity,public welfare and inclusiveness.The public regards it as a reliable public service institution,and needs public libraries to meet their own health needs with other institutions,groups or individuals.Public libraries actively carrying out crossover cooperation and providing health services is one of the effective measures to expand own services in the context of building a smart Society.In the face of growing public health need,many public libraries have carried out corresponding practical work and have also produced fruitful research results.These research results mainly discuss the demand of Smart health construction on library and the development of smart health service in medical library.In the study of crossover cooperative services of public libraries in Smart health,The researchers mainly discussed the necessity of crossover cooperative health services provided by China's public libraries,and also discussed some cases of foreign public libraries joining forces to provide health services.However,there is a lack of empirical research on the comprehensive development of crossover cooperation health services of public libraries in the context of smart health construction.Moreover,The gap between the status of crossover cooperative health services provided by public libraries and the user's needs and the factors affected by crossover cooperation services for smart health are lacking in many study.Therefore,this paper empirically studies the current situation,user demand and influencing factors of the crossover cooperative services of public libraries for smart health.And this article hopes to enrich the theoretical research on crossover cooperative services of libraries,and at the same time provide some reference for the practical work of public libraries to provide health services.In this paper,network survey and field survey are adopted to study the current situation of crossover cooperative service of public libraries for Smart health.According to the research strategy of the grounded theory,this paper collects data by qualitative research method and analyzes the data by by open coding,correlation coding and core coding three-level coding principles.The research results include:(1)This research sorted out the relevant theories and policies of public libraries to provide crossover cooperation in providing health services,and provided theoretical basis and policy support for the research and service implementation.(2)This study shows the current status of crossover cooperation of public libraries to provide health services including service forms,service standards,service models,service processes.And the paper summarizes the needs of users of crossover cooperative service of public library for smart health and constructs a conceptual model of user needs.Then,comparing the current status of public library crossover cooperation in health services and the needs of users.The gaps of crossover cooperation services of public libraries is in service forms and service standards,and so on.(3)The influencing factors of the crossover cooperation service of public libraries for Smart health include service user factors,public libraries factors,partner factors,cooperative service factors and service environment factors.Among them,Service user factors include demographic factors,psychological factors,health status and individual skills.The factors of public libraries are mainly reflected in the service foundation and the ability of crossover cooperation to provide health services for smart health.Partner factors include the service base and the ability to provide health services through crossover cooperation.Cooperative service factors include content characteristics and form characteristics.Service environment factors include policy factors and social atmosphere factors.On this basis,after an in-depth analysis,a model of influencing factors action paths was constructed and five influencing factors' action paths were identified.
