Population Health Information Platform Construction Based On Residents' Health Archives

In view of the significant development of electronic technology,network technology and embedded integration technology,a technical basis for constructing a public health information system is provided.In addition,due to the special nature of the domestic environment: dense population,numerous medical facilities,less management platform,real sharing of resources has not yet achieved.This thesis has established a technology-oriented,service-oriented,information-based medical and health integrated service system.The framework of the system adopts SOA architecture to support SOA through Web Service.At the same time,we choose J2 EE multi-layer architecture and implement service based on SOA architecture.Data acquisition and exchange system will use ESB technology to construct business component function.The platform of data sharing and exchange is constructed by SOA technology.Data show modules on the platform include the ad hoc query,interactive dashboard,static reports,analyzing content download,active early warning,embedded OFFICE analysis,BI server and visual server.For ordinary residents,the health care card is considered as a system entrance.Personal ID can be scanned to obtain personal information.For some privacy information,cases,etc.,the password protection can be set.The system provides the menu to delete personal information,also provide expert consultation and other methods to get expert solutions.With the help of the platform and related PC networking system,the client of the health care workers can query case diagnosis and treatment reference,specifically docking a large diagnosis and treatment database,which provides the basic situation of each patient,as well as the previous experience of the disease analysis.Through the realization of the system,it will greatly improve the medical service experience of the majority of residents,its scope can cover the majority of urban and rural residents,so that the people enjoy safe and reliable,effective and convenient,convenient life,affordable,close to the people's livelihood medical services.
