Research On Health Information Service Activities Of Public Library Based On Service Encounter Theory

With people's increasing attention to health,how to better protect physical and mental health,access to effective health information is also increasingly valued by people.At present,as the main channel for people to obtain health information,the network media is full of a large number of health information,but it is difficult to distinguish whether these information is effective,complete and accurate,people will often be confused or even misled by bad health information.In the face of the above situation,the public library,because of its advantages,carries out health information services to help users get accurate information and help users to use the health information reasonably,and teach users to identify reliable information channels and principles and methods of information.Holding health information service activities is one of the important channels for the library to provide health information services,including holding expert lectures and professional exchange consultation activities.However,the development time of health information service in public library is relatively short,and the holding of health information service activities is relatively immature.How to better improve the quality of health information service activities and the sense of experience and acquisition of user participation is the main problem of this paper.In view of the research problems in this paper,it has been proved that the contact between customers and service providers is the direct source of customer service perception.Users will be exposed to many factors in the process of participating in health information service,that is,service contact point.It is necessary to know which factors will really affect users' perception of health information service activities,as well as their influence degree.The application of service contact theory in this study can provide targeted suggestions for the improvement of health information service activities,and improve the quality of health information service in public libraries and the satisfaction of users.The first part of this paper describes the background significance of the topic,research ideas,content,methods,and collated the domestic and foreign research status of Public Library health information service and service contact theory.In the second part,firstly,the related concepts in the research are defined.Secondly,the model of service contact theory,dimension measurement and identification method of service contact point are introduced,as well as the IPA evaluation method that will be used in the research,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the following paper.The third part analyzes the service contact points of the public library health information service activities,which selects the health information service activities held by Taiyuan City Library as the research carrier,starts from the analysis of the whole process of the health information service activities,and finally summarizes the service contact points of the health information service activities and simulates the construction of its service blueprint.In the fourth part,on the basis of the third part,the evaluation system of Public Library health information service contact point is established,and the questionnaire is designed and the pre investigation is carried out.The fifth part is empirical analysis.After the formal questionnaire was issued,SPSS software was used to analyze the data,and suggestions were given according to the analysis results.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the limitations of this study,as well as the development direction of Public Library health information services.
