Research On The Construction Of Digital Resources In Libraries Of China Financial Colleges

With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet,smart phones,tablets and all kinds of e-readers have become the main medium for people to obtain information,and people's access to information has become more and more convenient and fast,which also promoted the digital reading of the era of universal reading,Digital information has gradually become a widely used information resource.As a center of information resources,the digital construction of university libraries has become an inevitable trend.Students and teaching staff of the university cannot do without the use of digital resources in all aspects of self-improvement such as learning,teaching,work and research,and digital resources play an increasingly important role.Through the investigation and analysis of the construction of digital resources in the above universities,we summarize the problems in the construction of digital resources in the national universities of finance and economics,and propose corresponding countermeasures to these problems,so as to suggest the development of the construction of digital resources in the libraries of universities of finance and economics and promote the development of digital resources in the libraries of universities of finance and economics.This article is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of this paper,the purpose and significance of this paper,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the research ideas and the innovation points.The second chapter is an overview of related concepts,firstly,it elaborates the core concepts of this paper,secondly,it summarizes the characteristics of information needs of users and digital resources construction in financial university libraries,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent research;the third chapter starts the survey design of digital resources construction,details the survey objects and survey contents,from the digitization of collections and database construction,network resources development,digital resources sharing,digital resources organization and management and digital resources usage.Chapter 4,based on the research conducted in Chapter 3,analyzes the problems in the construction of digital resources in the libraries of finance and economics colleges and universities,namely,the imbalance in the construction of databases,the need to strengthen the construction of self-built special resources,and the emphasis on the development of free online resources.Chapter 5 is the part of countermeasures and suggestions,which proposes corresponding development suggestions and countermeasures for the problems of digital resource construction in national financial libraries in Chapter 4,to build a digital resource guarantee system in line with the library,to find its own positioning,to strengthen the construction of special digital resources,to pay attention to the collection and arrangement of free resources on the Internet,to update the concept of digital resource service,and to actively promote the development of digital resources.Chapter 6 summarizes the survey on the construction of digital resources in libraries of finance and economics colleges and universities.
