With the continuous improvement of our country's information technology and the increasing development of university libraries,people's demand for culture continues to rise.The function of university libraries is to meet the needs of teachers and students for digital information resources.University libraries should give full play to their functions to promote the construction of digital information resources in university libraries.The digital information resources of university libraries are becoming more and more important,and the establishment of a digital information resource evaluation index system is conducive to the construction and long-term development of university libraries.The establishment of an evaluation index system for digital information resources in financial colleges and universities can reflect the construction of digital information resources in colleges and universities,so as to provide corresponding development suggestions for library digital information resources.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the related research background,research status and research methods of this article;the second chapter is the definition of concepts,and the important concepts involved in this article such as digital information resources,numbers Information resource evaluation,financial universities,financial university libraries,etc.carry out specific conceptual definitions,and explain related theoretical foundations to provide a basis for writing this article;chapter three is the evaluation index elements and selections,and the selection of elements is listed first The general idea and evaluation principles,and then the preliminary selection indicators,and then by issuing questionnaires to users and librarians of university libraries to investigate their perception of the importance of the preliminary selection indicators,and then the survey data is processed,and finally the indicators are screened.Establish an index system with 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 23 third-level indicators,and elaborate on each evaluation index.Chapter 4 is the design of evaluation index weights.In this part,the main ideas and analysis steps of the analytic hierarchy process are introduced.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the weights of the indicators are calculated and the weights are obtained,and finally the weights of all indicators are obtained;Chapter 5is the evaluation of implementation and effects.According to the establishment of the financial university library digital information resource evaluation index system,respectively Carry out specific application evaluation of the first-level,second-level and third-level indicators,rectify each index,and put forward reasonable suggestions;the sixth part is a summary of the full text,mainly discussing the research results of this article and some deficiencies,And give suggestions for future development,so that the library can give full play to its functions and meet the diverse needs of users.
