| In recent years,there have been numerous medical safety incidents in China,and the problem of drug quality and safety has become a topic of high social concern.Drugs are closely related to human health.As a special commodity with specificity,duality and quality importance,it is necessary to ensure its safety,effectiveness,stability and uniformity.The current drug supply chain has obvious centralization characteristics,and the information asymmetry,opacity,fraud,tampering and other factors between each link cause drug quality risks.Blockchain technology is an effective way to solve these pain points.How to promote information sharing among node enterprises in each link of the drug supply chain and reduce drug quality risks has become an important livelihood issue concerned by government departments.In this paper,the literature research method was firstly used to thoroughly review the domestic and foreign research status,and it was found that there were few research achievements on the issue of drug supply chain traceability information sharing,especially the selection of traceability information sharing strategy of participants in the drug supply chain traceability system with government participation.Second,from the government to promote the pharmaceutical supply chain traceability system based on block chain point of view,using evolutionary game method established by the government,drug makers and medicine circulation enterprises constitute the three parties of evolutionary game model,in-depth analysis and study the related factors of the three parties strategy choice the potential impact of probability,and evolutionary game of potential equilibrium stability of the system.Furthermore,Matlab2020 b is used to carry out numerical simulation verification analysis on the three-party evolutionary game system,and explore the influence of related variables in the dynamic equation of three-party evolutionary replication on the selection of three-party evolutionary strategy.The results show that :(1)the government’s reward and punishment intensity is the key element to promote enterprises to share traceability information on the chain,and increasing the punishment intensity has a greater impact on enterprises to choose to share traceability information on the chain;(2)Reasonable sharing of up-chain information cost between drug manufacturers and drug distribution enterprises and enhancing the ability of block chain to prevent the risk of upchain traceability information disclosure can help improve their willingness to choose upchain sharing of drug traceability information;(3)To improve the benefits obtained from the up-chain sharing of traceability information of enterprises can help improve the willingness of enterprises to choose the up-chain sharing of drug traceability information.Accordingly,from the Angle of internal coordination,external incentive and external supervision,a tripartite coordination mechanism is put forward. |
