Abstract/Summary:
In the context of the increasing attention and application of blockchain technology,in view of the problems of efficiency and trust deficiency in traditional supply chain information systems and the rapid prosperity of the power battery industry,this dissertation proposes a supply chain information sharing approach based on blockchain technology under the clarification of the existing supply chain information sharing model,and considers the quality and price sensitivity of consumers to analyze the information sharing problem in a supply chain led by retailers and containing two The dissertation also considers the quality and price sensitivity of consumers to analyze the information sharing problem based on blockchain technology in a supply chain led by a retailer and containing two manufacturers with unequal status,so as to provide a reference for industrial enterprises,especially power battery enterprises,to establish an information sharing platform based on blockchain technology.In response to the traditional information sharing model’s poor risk response capability,unguaranteed data authenticity and excessive control of core enterprises,the information sharing method based on blockchain technology is proposed in terms of procurement,inventory,sales and distribution,respectively,with the help of blockchain technology’s features of decentralisation,non-tamperability and openness and transparency.In order to verify the effectiveness of different information collaboration models,a traditional information collaboration model in which retailers have both quality and cost preferences for products is first constructed,and then a blockchain information collaboration platform is considered in which quality and price competition between manufacturers is shifted to quality-only competition due to the transparency of product information in the supply chain.Therefore,a corresponding blockchain information collaboration model is established to explore the cost efficiency aspects of supply chain enterprises under different models,to explore the best decision making of supply chain member enterprises and the supply chain as a whole under different circumstances,and finally to analyse and validate through arithmetic examples and cases.Key findings include: in the short term,the establishment of a blockchain-based information sharing platform will widen the status gap between manufacturers,resulting in stronger and weaker manufacturers and a loss of profitability for retailers.In the long term,the quality effort effect of information sharing will narrow the gap between manufacturers and increase profits,with retailers and the entire supply chain experiencing a significant increase in profits after a short period of pain.When consumer price and quality sensitivity is high,establishing a blockchain technology-based information sharing platform is beneficial to stronger manufacturers,detrimental to weaker manufacturers and beneficial to the supply chain in the long term,otherwise,not establishing a blockchain technology-based information sharing platform is beneficial to weaker manufacturers and the supply chain.Different from the previous discussion on the application value and scenarios of blockchain only theoretically,this study further established a numerical analysis model by analyzing different modes of the application of blockchain technology to the supply chain,and carried out a concrete analysis on the battery supply chain as the actual research object to verify the above conclusions,namely: Blockchain information sharing mode can provide management decision-making basis for supply chain construction,and explain the important driving force role of blockchain technology in supply chain management,so as to broaden the application scenarios of blockchain technology,and provide scientifically verified new ideas for enterprise supply chain information collaborative construction.
