Research And Implementation Of Laos Rice Traceability System Based On Blockchain

With the rapid development of economic globalization and e-commerce,more and more imported foods are favored by people.However,they are also facing more and more food safety issues.Food traceability can transparentize the safety of food production,processing,storage,transportation,and sales.In recent years,my country's imports of Lao rice have gradually increased.In order to guarantees the authenticity and efficiency of traceable data,this article uses blockchain technology to build a traceability system of Lao rice,which records information on every link of Lao rice from production to sales.Based on analyzes the characteristics of the Lao rice supply chain from the producers,regulators,this paper designs the blockchain structure of rice.The system is divided into storage layer,network layer and application layer,and the overall framework of Laos rice traceability system is designed.The three layers of the system are further designed.Designed the data structure and data read and write process of the storage layer,and designed the network chain and network transaction main body of the network layer.Designed the application layer transaction record upload module,transaction record query module,detailed design module of smart contract and block chain management module.In order to ensure the authenticity and efficiency of traceable data,this article builds a systematic security model,supervision model and sharing model.Use the hexagonal traceability tracking algorithm based on concentration gradient to optimize the overall model of the traceability system.The system security model is constructed through the blockchain consensus mechanism,DPOS algorithm execution method,and public key and private key to ensure the authenticity of traceable data.The use of hash algorithm to build a system supervision model saves data storage space.Construct a system sharing model through the summary directory tree,shared authentication mechanism and shared transaction structure to ensure that the system is convenient and effective.Using Python as the main programming language,the framework of the Laos rice traceability system has been realized,and the rice block,the structure of the rice block,the rice chain transaction and the realization of the rice chain have been completed.On this basis,the system node database,radio frequency identification function,and traceability QR code function are realized,thus realizing the Laos rice traceability system based on blockchain technology.And using the actual Lao rice traceability label to identify the corresponding system,the identification results further confirm and show the usability of the design and research system in this paper.
