As the economy continues to grow,people's living standards continue to increase.Consumers are no longer only concerned with the basic needs of the price and type of goods,but pay more attention to the quality and safety of goods.The pharmaceutical industry is directly related to people's lives,and drug safety directly affects people's lives and health.With the gradual improvement of the medical security system and the growing problem of population aging,the demand for medicines has increased year by year.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of counterfeit and shoddy has emerged,such as"longevity vaccine incident","inferior Ejiao incident”,"melamine",etc.,which has made consumers' doubts and sensitivity to the quality and safety of drugs significantly improved.At present,when consumers query the traceability information of the drug circulation process,they can only judge the source through the trademark,text description and other information on the drug.The business activities of different links in China's pharmaceutical supply chain are independent of each other.The data information is stored by the corresponding business entities of each link,and the information sharing degree is low.At the same time,the supervision mode of government-centered management is adopted,and the data can be forged and falsified.Existence,counterfeit and inferior drugs are also difficult to distinguish,leading to the damage of the reputation of core phamiaceutical companies,and the rights of consumers cannot be guaranteed.How to improve the authenticity and effectiveness of medical manufacturing and transportation data information has become the research focus in the field of medical supply chain traceability.Blockchain technology is an emerging product of the combination of multiple technologies.It solves problems such as multi-party trust,information asymmetry,and information tampering to a certain extent,and automates processes through intelligent contracts.At present,it has been researched and applied in various fields.This paper provides an excellent reference for the improvement and optimization of the existing traceability model in order to realize the"source traceability,traceability,and responsibility"in the supply chain.This paper firstly investigates and analyzes the traceability model of the existing pharmaceutical supply chain,and finds that the existing traceability model has insufficient credibility and sharing.Then,combined with the characteristics of the blockchain technology,it constructs a business operation system and traceability model that solves the problem of insufficient traceability to meet the medical supply.The requirements of the business entities in each link of the chain process,and finally the performance evaluation indicators based on the medical supply chain business operation system,and factor analysis.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)Analysis of the traceability model of the existing pharmaceutical supply chain.Through literature research,the paper analyzes the information flow and logistics circulation of the pharmaceutical supply chain,and finds that the current model traceability has insufficient credibility and sharing.In-depth analysis of the reasons for imperfections,the centralization structure of the supply chain,and the tampering of data are the main reasons for this problem.Therefore,it is the starting point to solve the problem of the centralization of existing models and the optimization of data.Finally,combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology,the feasibility of traceability optimization and the basic ideas for solving the problem are analyzed.(2)Construct a traceability model of the pharmaceutical supply chain based on blockchain technology.Firstly,the medical supply chain and blockchain technology are used to design the traceability anti-counterfeiting formula.The medical supply chain is researched from the supply chain business information,architecture and traceability.Then,the supply chain information flow hierarchy model is established,and the blockchain technology is distributed.The storage mechanism optimizes the information flow mode in the supply chain,improves the information sharing level,and elaborates on the layered architecture.The business enterprises in each link are both the information uploader and the information receiver,which makes the business system highly scalable;In combination with the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry,the regulatory authorities are involved to participate in the issuance of integral tokens by core pharmaceutical companies.Consumers and regulatory authorities only need to query the models of the stocks and stocks of each link to conduct effective traceability models,which improves the reliability of traceability.(3)Traceability evaluation indicators of medical supply chain based on blockchain technology and factor analysis between indicators.First,according to the research content of this paper,by referring to the standards of supply chain performance evaluation,network and information security risk assessment standards and relevant national policies on supply chain and drug traceability,combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology,the traceability evaluation index system is proposed.Questionnaires were collected from relevant personnel to collect data.The empirical methods such as exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis proved that the introduction of blockchain technology has enhanced value for the traceability performance of the pharmaceutical supply chain,indicating its practical significance.This paper mainly uses model construction,inductive analysis,multivariate statistical analysis and other research methods to optimize and improve the medical supply chain from business information,architecture and traceability.It proposes.a blockchain-based medical supply chain information sharing mechanism and traceability model.It provides a specific method for the application of blockchain in the pharmaceutical supply chain.At the same time,it provides reference for the application research of blockchain technology in other fields,and has certain social value. |
