The RFID application is simple, practical, accurate, reliable and flexible, and even suitable for many harsh environments. Therefore, it has been researched and widely used in many fields, such as food safety, logistics and transportation. However, their high costs constrained their application in food safety tracing systems. While integrated the features of two-dimensional bar codes, inexpensive, soft and thin, organic RFID tags kept most merits of inorganic RFID tags, accurate, easily applicable, interference resistant, and suitable for harsh environments. Accordingly, It is proposed traceability system that based on the organic RFID technology.Rice trading involves many links, mistakes in any of which could cause inconsistency of bar codes on delivery bags with rice information data, leading to very common inventory transshipments. Meanwhile, since rice trading often happens in harsh environments, bar codes that are bound to delivery bags could easily fall off or be damaged. Loss or damage of bar codes causes loss of rice information and makes rice tracing almost impossible. Therefore, it is crucial to design a rice tracing system that is secure, reliable, and accurate.According to the characteristics of the organic RFID and rice industry, the organic RFID identification of a new technology is introduced into rice traceability system. Through Comparative analyze the feature of the ALOHA algorithm, slot ALOHA algorithm, the binary search algorithm and the leaping binary tree algorithm. This paper raised a anti-collision algorithm of the leaping binary tree in organic RFID technology to optimize the performance of RFID, so as to achieve large scale application of organic RFID in supply chain of rice.In order to improve the accuracy of current tracing system, not only studying in-depth in the principles of rice traceability system, but also combining the functions of organic RFID technology. Firstly, traceability tree algorithm will be recorded and distinguished the information and data of rice products in rice processing subsystem. Then traceability search algorithm will find out the damage or loss of traceability information data for the whole rice supply chain each link. Finally, networking mode also will be close connected to the information of paddy field, processing, storage, distribution, and sales, so that effectively solve the barcode on the shipping bag don’t correspond with rice information data of rice series of goods.For the limitations and deficiencies of the traceability systems, it is decomposed into sub-cultivation, processing subsystem, distribution subsystem, the subsystem sales and the consumer subsystem in the light of the specific characteristics of the rice industry, cultivation, production, processing and marketing of all aspects of the traceability system. Afterwards, this paper is design a concrete model for each traceability system to reasonable application the organic RFID technology. Therefore, it is crucial to design the rice tracing system that is secure, reliable, and accurate to make organization and modular for the traceability information data.
