In recent years,my country's frequent public emergencies have continuously aroused public opinion,as mainstream media began to build and continuously improve the new media communication matrix.As a new media,the "two micro-ends" has become an important communication channel for information.The local mainstream media The attributes of the WeChat public account "news+government+service" have also become more prominent.In the context of media convergence,traditional media and new media have changed their discourse methods and public opinion guidance strategies in the reporting of emergencies.In view of this,the article selected the most representative local news website's new media platform-"Red Net" WeChat official account as the research object,and used the Van Dick discourse analysis theory to conduct an in-depth analysis of the epidemic report and understand the use of local mainstream media.The new media platform reports on public emergencies,text characteristics and discourse construction,and examines the influencing factors in the process of discourse formation,and provides suggestions for the "red net" WeChat official account platform to respond to emergencies,as well as similar places The discourse expression and public opinion guidance of mainstream media new media platforms provide reference and reflection.Based on the quantitative statistics of samples,the article uses Van Dick's discourse analysis theory to conduct in-depth analysis of specific cases from two levels of text structure and contextual perspective,The report follows the rules of discourse construction of "overview","situation" and "evaluation" in the news schema.;use flexible vocabulary and changeable sentence patterns in micro-texts for discourse expression;use a variety of rhetoric strategies in rhetorical strategies,factual rhetoric,emotional rhetoric,and literary rhetoric achieve rational and perceptual complicity;In terms of discourse style,in order to reflect the closeness and highlight the authority of the report,the political height,rational depth and emotional temperature are coordinated through a reasonable combination of political power discourse,intellectual elite discourse and popular daily discourse,so as to better realize discourse persuasion.The formation and presentation of media discourse in emergencies is closely related to the environment of the times.Under the combined influence of the social context,media ecological environment and the characteristics of new media discourse,the discourse mode of the "red net" WeChat public account on epidemic report was created.At the end of the article,on the basis of the previous analysis,it points out that the "Red Net" WeChat official account lacks news originality in reporting on the epidemic,the topic of the report is biased,and the presentation method is solidified,and propose to strengthen the closeness and localization of the text content,and moderately increase the proportion of negative reports and the public's daily discourse.Make good use of suggestions such as graphic reports and audio and video to optimize the reporting of emergencies.
