| In recent years,public security and firefighting forces have tried to use social media to explore new ways of science popularization of disaster prevention and mitigation.Since the State Council's institutional reform and establishment of the Emergency Management Department in March 2018,the firefighting force,as an emergency force to prevent major security risks,has played an important role in the formation of an emergency management system with Chinese characteristics that combines upper and lower levels and combines peacetime and warfare.As a result,the fire protection new media platform and its content production have received more extensive attention and organization.The Emergency Management Department announced the 2019 National Fire Fighting New Media Accounts and Fire Propaganda Work Competition in early 2020,and selected the top ten firefighting new media accounts with outstanding performance on new media platforms such as Weibo and We Chat.Through social media,they have created a content production mechanism that integrates rescue news and fire science popularization,and offline rescue online synchronization,and gradually formed their own unique style of firefighting discourse,which is a unique "landscape" in social media.This research mainly draws on the discourse analysis method of Van Dick,and summarizes the report characteristics of "Yunnan Fire" in the popularization of rescue science through the macro-theme analysis and micro-text analysis of the content text of the Yunnan Fire We Chat public account in 2019.This research uses the methods of discourse analysis,content analysis and multi-modal analysis to describe the characteristics of the news discourse of "Yunnan Fire Fighting" from four aspects: news theme,news discourse structure,discourse multi-modal combination and ideology.The study found that: "Yunnan Fire" as a fire government media,its news reporting features are mainly concentrated in the two areas of accidents and disaster reports and fire protection propaganda."Yunnan Fire" through the selection of news text propositions and macro propositions,as well as the selection of micro text words and narrative perspectives,has formed a unique disaster accident reporting style that is different from the mass media,and has realized news + without changing the news facts.The combination of this fact-reporting structure and multi-modal discourse has further strengthened its fire protection consensus and ideological construction.After summarizing,this research has concluded the following points: First,the firefighting media should give full play to its professional advantages in reporting accidents and disasters,and form a unique news structure and reporting style through the screening of news facts and the discourse setting of news texts.Better realize the online and offline integrated rescue mechanism.Secondly,the good effect of fire protection propaganda depends on the construction of social values and social consensus,and it needs to continuously strengthen consensus by interpreting different events in the same mode through the meaning and symbolization of news facts.Finally,the multi-modal content format can improve the efficiency of the audience's receiving information,lower the content threshold,facilitate the telling of facts,more easily touch the public's emotions,and facilitate the widespread dissemination of fire protection knowledge. |
