With the development of Internet technology,China has become the world's largest mobile phone market countries.In the smart phone industry,relying on innovative products and unique Internet sales model,Millet Company has made great breakthroughs,and occupies a more important position.This article will focus on the Millet Company to take in response to the increasingly fierce competition in the competitive strategy and key measures for improving their competitiveness,and to explore the deep analysis of the company's competitive advantage and competitive strategy has practical value and practical significant effect.This paper uses PEST,industry life cycle theory,industry concentration,Porter's five-force model,analysis and research of the internal and external environments faced by Millet Company,and SWOT matrix analysis,how to use Millet Company's own advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats.Formulate a development strategy suitable for Millet Company.In this paper,based on the existing research results,from the enterprise resources,technology and enterprise cost of the three variables factors starting with analysis and exploration,the causes and the enterprise profit model analysis of the deep Millet Company's competitive advantage.At the same time,using inductive method,the real case study found that the differentiation strategy is more suitable for the development of Millet Company.By integrating the company's technological,talent and resource advantages,and by means of product differentiation,service differentiation and brand differentiation,the implementation plan and safeguard measures of Millet Company's differentiation strategy are formulated to achieve sustainable development of the company,enhance the overall competitive strength of the company and maximize the realization of customer value and enterprise value.This paper includes 26 figures,7 tables and 49 references.
