At this stage,the world economic model is constantly changing,and globalization has become an inevitable trend.In the modern economic environment,the software and big data industry has developed at an unprecedented speed,with more demands for networking and globalization,and at the same time,higher requirements for service and openness.In addition,the booming of emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and machine learning has given the global software industry more opportunities for development,but it also faces more brutal competition.In recent years,China's big data industry has experienced the initial stage of development,from small to large,and gradually entered the ranks of software powers.However,at the level of national competitiveness,China's current big data software industry is still in the middle and lower reaches of the global industrial value chain.The scale of enterprises is small,the technical content of software products is relatively low,and there are still many problems in the data quality of big data.However,we must also affirm that big data software is also growing and growing in the course of gradual exploration and development.This paper is based on the research theme of M company's strategy to deal with the rapid development of big data enterprises.Firstly,it analyzes the current general trend of global software industry development and the policy situation of countries in the big data industry,and draws the development strategy of M company.Secondly,through in-depth interviews,in-depth analysis of M company's operating conditions,human resources,research and development,etc.,and then with the use of strategic management tools and M company small and medium-sized big data software companies' own development planning,summed up the various types of M companies Strengths and weaknesses,threats and opportunities.The final analysis led to the strategic direction of M's development: to become a leading big data analysis software company for big data analysis(BI)services and big data software(platform)development.And for M company to provide the following development strategy choice: based on the domestic market to adhere to the development strategy of IT services;integrated sales system to adapt to IT service development strategy;adhere to the industry's customer marketing development strategy;establish a technical management system to adapt to services Development strategy;build a human resources strategy for competent big data business;advocate a corporate culture that adapts to the service development strategy.Through the research on the development strategy of M company,it is expected to have some reference significance for the development strategy,product development and strategic selection of China's small and medium-sized big data software companies.However,due to my limited knowledge and analytical ability,the article still has many shortcomings.Where it needs further research and improvement.
