In the past few decades,China's economy has experienced rapid development,and along with the economic take-off,Chinese entrepreneurs have experienced the process of growing from small workshops to big ones.In this process,the growth of enterprises is inseparable from external opportunities and internal management improvement.In order to deal with external opportunities and risks,it is very positive to implement the integration strategy at the right time.H enterprise,the research object of this paper,took this opportunity to optimize its enterprise resource plan after the merger and acquisition.After the merger and acquisition of Z Group,H enterprise faces new opportunities and challenges.H enterprise not only plays the leading role of stabilizing the supply chain of the whole group,but also plays the role of researching and developing the key products in new markets of the whole group.The management mode and business control of H enterprise before merger and acquisition cannot meet its burden,so the management layer plans to optimize H enterprise as a whole according to the enterprise resource planning theory.According to the principle of ENTERPRISE resource planning,combining the actual situation of H enterprise and the implementation theory of PM,the optimization of H enterprise adopts a phased mode,and the core capabilities of H enterprise are selected as several optimization dimensions in this stage.According to the investigation and analysis of problems in different dimensions,combined with the process optimization theory,issue targeted programs and implement them.Today,China is in an era of technological explosion.The rise of It in the past few years has been accompanied by the vigorous development of domestic information technology.Various emerging information systems have sprung up to provide solutions for various industries.After the COVID-19 outbreak,internal information management and upgrading of enterprises has been regarded as a strategy,so the optimization of H enterprise also uses the information system as a tool.This paper aims to analyze the successful projects of H enterprise by sorting out and learning the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the optimization of enterprise resource planning,combining the author's own work experience,taking the optimization case of H enterprise after merger as the background and combining the theoretical knowledge of corporate strategy and other disciplines.It is hoped that this paper will give some inspiration to the enterprises that will or are optimizing the enterprise resource planning in practice.
