With the escalation of the Sino-US trade war,China’s high-tech industry has been continuously sanctioned by the United States,of which the most significant impact is the semiconductor industry.In order to break through the US technical blockade,China’s semiconductor industry has been promoted to an unprecedented important height in recent years.The managers of domestic IC companies are facing great changes in the industry,which also puts forward higher requirements and challenges for the human resource management of chip companies.As one of the most critical modules in human resource management,recruitment management also needs to be optimized and innovated.This paper details the research on the optimization of recruitment management system of C chip company.Through questionnaire survey and executive interview,it is found that company C has many problems in recruitment management,such as frequent demand changes,unclear talent portrait,insufficient number of talents,low successful employment rate,insufficient adaptability of new employees and so on.The cause of the problem is related to the industry situation of company C,such as the rapid change of industry situation and the long training cycle of chip talents,as well as the internal management problems of company C,such as imperfect organization management,post management and talent management system,single talent selection methods and tools,etc.By using the relevant methodology and practical experience,the author completes the optimization of the recruitment management system of C company.Specific measures include establishing diversified talent acquisition channels,creating more effective talent selection tools,shaping a clear talent portrait,improving employees’ career development channels,and improving the overall human resource planning ability.By providing optimization suggestions,we hope to improve the recruitment management level of company C and provide guarantee for company C to win the talent war and business success in the future.
