Under the new normal of market economy,for enterprises in emerging industries vigorously developed by the state,the introduction of excellent talents is crucial to enterprise human resource management.Employee recruitment is an important channel for the introduction of excellent talents,as well as the basis of human resources.Recruitment is very important for enterprises to achieve strategic development goals,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.Most small and medium-sized enterprises in China do not have a scientific and systematic recruitment system,and even the recruitment work is often carried out randomly,which leads to the recruitment results cannot meet the development of enterprises.Combining with the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises,it is a difficult problem that small and medium-sized enterprises have to face if they want to survive and develop in the fierce market.This thesis takes K Company,a small and medium-sized Internet enterprise in Shenzhen,as the research object,deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the company's employee recruitment,and puts forward a targeted recruitment system optimization scheme according to the relevant theories of employee recruitment.First of all,the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,thesis features are briefly described.Secondly,the theories of employee recruitment management,employee recruitment system,man-post matching and competency model are introduced one by one.Then,using the form of interview and questionnaire survey to analyze the main problems existing in K company's employee recruitment,through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey found that K company's employee recruitment in human resources planning,job analysis,recruitment channels,talent evaluation methods and recruitment evaluation there are places to be optimized;Then,the thesis puts forward the optimization scheme of employee recruitment system construction for the problems and deficiencies of employee recruitment management and employee recruitment system construction of K Company.Next,in order to ensure the landing of the employee recruitment optimization plan of K Company and the smooth development of recruitment and achieve the goal of the employee recruitment optimization plan of K Company,specific safeguard measures are designed from the aspects of personnel,ideology,system,organization culture,and so on.Finally,a comprehensive and systematic summary of this study is made to point out the shortcomings of the study and the direction of follow-up research.
