With the continuous development of the basic software T company,the company's products are constantly enriched,and the versions are constantly updated,there will be a variety of problems in the operation and maintenance of the software.First of all,the company's staff management is relatively scattered,and the employees using the company's software are distributed in different departments and different regions,and there is no unified system operation and maintenance management platform;second,with the increase of employees and customers,they will encounter a variety of problems that they did not know before,so the maintenance management is particularly complex;third,when other users encounter problems before Other colleagues encounter the same problem,because of the lack of shared knowledge base,they also need to solve it from scratch,which increases the cost of operation and maintenance management,and this is also the low efficiency problem caused by the lack of shared knowledge base.Finally,if the company wants to understand the problems of various products,and there is no unified platform for statistics,it will increase the workload of statistics.Therefore,the establishment of time effective and efficient information service operation and maintenance platform is very necessary for both the company and employees.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of Information Technology Architecture Library(ITIL)based operation and maintenance management system as follows:(1)This paper introduces the development of Information Technology Architecture Library and the research status at home and abroad,and applies this theory to the design of operation and maintenance management system.According to the actual production status of the company,the system is designed and divided into eight functional modules.(2)Introduce the technology selection and related technologies,and introduce the technical framework selected by the operation and maintenance management system in detail one by one.(3)Eight functional modules based on the overall design of the project:knowledge base module,problem reporting module,problem re disk module,problem audit module,component management module,integral module and account authority management module.The design of each module is analyzed one by one,and the demand source,design process,function and significance of each functional module are introduced in detail.The implementation process is introduced in combination with the key code and front-end pictures in springboot.By listing the detailed steps,the function and performance are tested step by step,so as to meet the standard of putting into operation.By putting the operation and maintenance management system into use,information means are applied to the efficient operation and maintenance of the enterprise to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of software users.At the same time,sharing the knowledge base allows users to have more means to solve the problems of operation and maintenance,so that the company's production and operation is more efficient than before using the operation and maintenance system.
