Comparative Analysis Of Discourses Reported By All Media Platforms In Public Health Emergencies

Public health emergencies have the characteristics of wide influence,fast transmission and strong damage.When they happen,they can quickly arouse hot discussion and public opinion,so many media will immediately follow up and report them.In July 2018,Changchun Changsheng Vaccine Incident broke out,and various media across the country reported and reprinted it one after another.As a representative of large official media,People's Daily's all-media platform had a great influence on the report of this event,which was characterized by speed,integrity and authority.Therefore,this paper takes the all-media platform of People's Daily as an example and uses the theoretical framework of news discourse analysis of Van Dijk to report on each platform from three aspects of macro,micro,rhetoric and style to explore the differences of discourse use among different platforms.Through the analysis of the macro structure part,it is found that there are obvious differences in news schema and theme structure for the reports of the all-media platform of People's Daily,while the "inverted pyramid structure" is the main structure for the report structure.Through the analysis of the micro semantic part,it is found that there are obvious differences between the use of psychological dimension words and the use of emotional words between the reports on the all-media platform of People's Daily.Weibo and We Chat tend to be more rational and objective reports,while People.com.cn and the mobile app pay more attention to the spread of positive emotions.Through the study of the rhetoric and style of the text,it is found that there is no obvious difference between the reports on the all-media platforms of People's Daily.The methods of quotation and data citation are generally used,supplemented by the objective,rational,rigorous and powerful discourse style,which makes the reports more credible and readable.In the Internet era,how to give full play to the unique advantages of different platforms and use different ways of discourse to achieve the most efficient dissemination and guidance of events is the key to the success of media transformation.Therefore,this paper studies the reporting news discourse with the all-media platform of People's Daily as an example,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
