Temperature is a key indicator in the actual industrial production process,and the production process requires it to be controlled within a certain accuracy range.However,due to the large delay and large inertia in the temperature control system,the control of traditional control algorithms is difficult to meet the requirements of production,so it is necessary to study new modern control algorithms to improve the accuracy of temperature control.In this paper,the SXF-4-10 electric heating furnace system is used as the object,and the following control algorithm is studied,and a program is simulated and analyzed and the heating furnace experiment is carried out respectively.First of all,this paper proposes an improved internal model PID controller based on hysteresis compensation(Improved internal model PID controller).After constructing a conventional internal model structure,the feedback signal is divided into two parts,one part is the system's advanced feedback response signal,which can pre-adjust the input signal of the system;The other part is the internal model feedback signal of the system,which modifies the input signal a second time.This algorithm can be equivalently set as an improved internal model PID controller,which improves the robust performance of the traditional internal model PID controller.Secondly,the internal model theory is extended to unstable systems and a generalized internal model control(Generalized internal model control,GIMC)algorithm is proposed.The generalized parameters and internal model parameters of the generalized model in the algorithm form a two-degree-of-freedom generalized internal model controller.The generalized parameters are used to configure the unstable poles of the system to stabilize the originally unstable system and also to improve The anti-disturbance ability of the system,and the internal model parameters are used to deal with the model mismatch that exists in the system.The algorithm has wide applicability and strong robustness.Two adjustable parameters make the algorithm more flexible in the control process.Finally,the fuzzy generalized open loop control(Fuzzy generalized open loop control,FGOC)algorithm is proposed based on the generalized model.Assuming that the system can at least achieve the open-loop performance of the generalized model,a generalized open-loop response control system with an internal model shape can be designed,and then the generalized parameters are fuzzified to form a fuzzy generalized open-loop control algorithm.This algorithm can not only speed up the reaction speed of the system,but also adjust the size of the generalized parameters adaptively,and has high stability performance.
