With the rapid development of intelligent control, people do lots of research on Predictive Control theory and its application. Current Generalized Predictive Control algorithm, commonly whose predictive model of predictive output is based on the mathematical model rarely considers of the influence of modeling error. But in control practice, exact model parameters are difficultly received because of the influence of uncertain factors, such as time-variety, nonlinearity and environment. common generalized predictive control algorithm has some restraining effect on model mismatch, but the restraining ability is limited. With the background of heating furnace, recognizing the predictive model according to adaptive technology, In the paper GPC and DMA mixed control algorithm is proposed, in which model prediction is complemented by error prediction, being a sort of general prediction. In this paper heating furnace control system are simulated, the results of simulation indicate that the algorithm proposed has good control performance, promoting the system stability and robustness.
