Pyrolysis furnace is a common pyrolysis equipment in industry,the furnace temperature of Pyrolysis furnace has obvious non-linearity,great inertia,hysteresis quality and time-varying characteristics,and the pyrolysis process is sensitive to changes of temperature curve.Therefore,in order to get needed pyrolysis products,it is necessary to set corresponding heating curves.In order to ensure that the actual heating curve of pyrolysis furnace can follow the given heating curve,the temperature servo control system of pyrolysis furnace was deeply studied in this paper.the neural network and internal model control algorithm were adopted to realize the temperature servo control of pyrolysis furnace,simulation of the system was completed,hardware and software of the system was designed.The neural network and internal model control algorithm and the overall plan of the system were put forward in this paper.Based on the analysis of the heat transfer principle and energy conservation in the pyrolysis furnace,the neural network was used to model the pyrolysis furnace.According to the heating principle of the pyrolysis furnace,the internal model control was applied to the temperature servo control of pyrolysis furnace.The internal model control algorithm based on neural network model was developed.Combined with the control requirements of the system,the overall plan of the system was designed.The pyrolysis furnace was modeled based on RBF neural network,according to the analysis of RBF neural network structure and learning algorithm and the research of modeling by neural network,the neural network direct model and inverse model of pyrolysis furnace were established by using the RBF neural network with feedback.The training error was minimized by adequate network training,which meant the neural network model of pyrolysis furnace had high accuracy.The internal model control algorithm based on the neural network model of pyrolysis furnace was applied to the temperature servo control of pyrolysis furnace.The neural network direct model and inverse model of pyrolysis furnace were imported into the structure of internal model control,which formed the neural network and internal model control algorithm of pyrolysis furnace,in addition,the internal mode filter of pyrolysis furnace was designed.Through the system simulation,the control effect of the system was observed and the parameter of the internal model filter was determined.The simulation results showed that the system had a good effect on the servo control.Finally,Through the design of hardware and the design of the upper computer and lower computer software,the temperature servo control system of pyrolysis furnace was realized,function of the system was tested and the experimental result were analyzed.The result showed that the temperature servo control system of pyrolysis furnace had good stability,accuracy,quickness and anti-interference ability,it met the control requirement of the system.
