The electric heating furnace is the typical control object in the industry process and is applied extensively in our country. The temperature control of electric heating furnace has the characteristics of unidirectional rising, great inertial, long time-delay and time varying. The temperature is raised or held by the controllable silicon medium power heating. Its rising and heat preservation depend on resistance heating while reducing depends on environment cooling naturally. Once its temperature over regulation, it is impossible to reduce the temperature by means of controlling. So it is very hard to give the exact mathematical model and to confirm parameters. Applying the traditional control theory and method is difficult to achieve ideal control effect.This paper makes the electric heating furnace as studied object and designs fuzzy controller with the structure of double input and single output, aiming at the electric heating furnace characteristics. The fuzzy controller is applied in the electric heating furnace control system and it is satisfied with the stability of temperature control. The fuzzy control algorithm is realized by the single-chip microcomputer.The system adopts the integrated computer control. The hardware circuit is designed based on Philips's 89C58 single chip microcomputer. In order to achieving power autopilot, the shift-phase PWM control method is adopted. Closed loop feedback control and fuzzy control systems are applied to gain the constant temperature state.This system from control system and line to fuzzy control algorithm adopts module structure. It maks the optimization algorithm have portability and not depend on some appointed configuration environment meanwhile make the system have stronger interoperability.The practical run indicates that this system not only improves enterprise automation standard but also saves energy, improves the work condition and makes information shared together.
