With the development and advancement of space technol ogy,the laser communication has been widely used in global communication system.Laser communication equipment has significant advantages in bandwidth and information capacity,etc.Due to the irreparability of satellite laser communication terminal equipment,it is necessary to test its performance and reliability before deployment.As the laser communication has a high data transmission speed,the test task calls for a system with higher performance.To meet the test requirements of laser communicatior,this paper proposed a laser communication test system with high-speed interface,large-capacity and high I/O bandwidth storage.The hardware of the test system is composed of main control module,storage module,data communication module,analog data acqui sition module and power supply module.The main control module uses FPGA as the control chip to realize the control of various interfaces and peripheral storage modules.The storage module is composed of NVMe SSD,DDR3 and QSPI Flash.The data communication module includes 10 Gigabit network interface and RS-422 interface.The analog data acquisition module collects the working status information of the laser communicator.The firmware logic of the test system is composed of various functional modules corresponding to the peripherals.The main control module realizes the management of the test process and the configuration of each sub-module.The NVMe controller module implements host control logic based on the NVMe protocol.The 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface module implements the MAC layer and the PHY layer based on the 10 Gigabit Ethernet protocol.The DDR controller module adopts a special scheduling strategy to control the reading and writing of DDR memory.To ensure the reliability of the system,we anal yzed the signal integrity of high-speed signals and verified each module of the system.The test results have shown that the laser communication test system based on10 Gigabits Ethernet can meet the test requirements.The test system realized4-channel 10 Gigabit Ethernet and 4-channel NVMe storage,which not only meets the demand for high-performance and large-capacity test equipment in the satellite test field,but also lays a foundation for the application of 10 Gigabit Ethernet and NVMe protocols in other occasions.
