In recent years,with the rise of Internet technology and the continuous improvement of the informatization of the entire society,different information systems have brought considerable efficiency improvements to enterprises.At the same time,the increasingly close ties between the departments of large enterprises have also served as dividends for socio-economic development and technological progress,and it have improved the productivity and competitiveness of large enterprises.In this environment,small and medium scale enterprises also need to adjust to survive.To some extent,small and medium-sized enterprises can form a complete supply chain of a certain product.However,the backward or non-existent information systems to communicate with each other enterprise makes it difficult for them to collaborate with each other.This kind of information exchange barrier makes it impossible for small and medium-sized enterprises to collaborate smoothly,forming a piece of functional islands or even information islands.This article is aimed at this problem,research and explore a set of feasible research programs to solve the problems that enterprises may encounter in reality.This article describes the system development process of integrating small and medium-sized enterprises into the digital business ecosystem based on the existing BPM system,and integrating the enterprises in the digital ecosystem into a completed product supply chain based on users' orders.In this process,this article proposes the concept of virtual liquid enterprise model,based on the concept of liquid enterprise in foreign enterprise management.In this model,each enterprise is divided according to production roles,and regarded as replaceable production nodes to facilitate processing.Once an unexpected situation occurs during the production of the production node,other nodes can be used for replacement to complete the production of the product.At the same time,during the production process,the BPM system can be used for process monitoring,management and production data management.Compared with other production supervision systems,this model can not only monitor its own production status,but also observe the entire production process in the supply chain.In addition,this model replaces when an accident occurs at a certain node in the supply chain.It will not have a negative impact on the completion of the entire production process.This article analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system through different system use cases between users outside the business ecosystem and ordinary enterprise users,and then elaborates and confirms the system architecture in turn.The system design was carried out according to the confirmed system architecture.And the article implements and tests an instance of the virtual liquid enterprise model to verify the feasibility of the model,and generalize it according to the model to make it suitable for all small and medium-sized enterprises.In summary,with the help of the existing BPM system,this article develops the establishment of a virtual liquid enterprise in the digital business ecosystem,and realizes the information cooperation of small and medium enterprises and the process management of the enterprise.It improves the transparency of the product production process.As consequence,the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises is increased.
