A very important feature of Modern business is the refinement of management, and information management system implementation is undoubtedly an important means to achieve this goal. According the production and business characteristics, a parts manufacturer proposed to construct a set of integrated management system from production to sales and marketing requirements. Through optimization and refinement of management of the company's existing business and production processes, to achieve "production by order" and reducinng inventory purposes with information technology. thus achieving and improving the market's rapid response capability, enhance the competitiveness of strategic objectives.In this paper, based on analysis of the manufacturing business and production processes, re-planning the management process from base on orders and the raw materials and goods inventory, to develop production plans and raw material procurement plan, and the production process of the various processes and technology to track and management, and finally the finished product storage and delivery of library storage integrated set of sales. And on this basis, detailed Managent Inventory System design and implementation process.This management system is based on B / S structure of the hierarchical design, into the presentation layer, business layer business logic, data access layer and database. Multi-layer structure model, effectively reducing the coupling between the levels, improve the system stability, security, scalability and maintainability. At the same time by optimizing the internal structure and hierarchy between the layers of interface design, effectively improve the efficiency of the system.Concrete realization of the system, using the LAMP architecture. LAMP is one of the main framwork of developing WEB application currently, the architecture based on open source software with rich resources, mature technology, high efficiency, low cost and good stability, is currently the most widely used application development framework for WEB.
