Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Production Management System Based On B/S

With the development of society and the constant development of economy, the level of automation is also constantly improving in production enterprises. In order to adapt to the changing market, production management is much more emphasized in production enterprises. But many production enterprises in China still exist many problems in the production management. Based on the investigation on the actual production enterprises, this paper presents that using information to manage the production process, and designs and develops the enterprise production management system to solve the problem in production management. By using this system, can improve production management level, improving the production speed and efficiency.This paper has done the following work mainly in the production management system of enterprises:(1) This paper researches on production management system at home and abroad. Analyses the existing problems in the enterprise production management, and puts forward that using of information to manage the enterprises in the production process. Then refer to the foreign data, researches the status of the system.(2) Study the development process of the technical,including.NET framework, database technology and B/S structure. The database is used by Microsoft Corp SQL Server 2000 database.(3) The requirement analysis and design are be done in this paper. This paper designs the user case、function and database. The system mainly includes 8 characters and 8 functional modules. The role includes super administrator, corporate leadership, and the system administrator, and contract administrator, production planning administrator, inventory manager, sales administrator and equipment manager. Functions include system management module, contract management, production plan management module, inventory management module, sales management module, equipment management module and query statistics module. Through the coordination of these 8 functions module can be used to realize the enterprise production process management.(4) Retaliate the system.. This paper uses the B/S framework and C# language, using SQL Server 2000 database to implement the system. The paper introduces the main function of the system, including the system login, add product, add contract, production planning, inventory management and implementation of sale information input.(5) This Paper test the system in detail and the method is black box testing. The test shows that the system meets the needs of enterprise production management in function.(6) Summarized the realization process and system development, explain the advantages and disadvantages of the system, in order to improve the system.
