Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Production Management System

Production management of traditional enterprises,mainly rely on manual to achieve.When the scale of the enterprise to a certain extent,the artificial management mode has the effect of poor,easy to make mistakes,economic cost and so on.In this paper,by means of information technology,the use of modern enterprise management ideas,specifically for the enterprise design management control,decision-making and performance evaluation of the production management platform,can effectively solve these problems.In this paper,on the basis of extensive research at home and abroad related research present situation and development trend of,in a manufacturing enterprise production management system as the background,a detailed analysis of the characteristics and the requirements of the production management system for business management,put forward system requirements,including business process,functional requirements and non functional requirements,given the business flow chart and use case diagram,completed the system database design,function module design and system integration,development and design of production management system based on J2 EE technology.The system based on Browser / server(B / s)mode architecture,production management to realize remote office,remote office,scheduling,picking,storage products,production cost management,sales order and production task single tracking,the realization of the sales of the visualization and management of the process of the production and marketing,to ensure smooth production and order delivery in time.Finally,the function test and performance test of the system are carried out.The test results show that the system achieves the design requirements,the operation performance is stable and reliable,and the production management efficiency is improved..
