Manufacturing industry is the main battlefield of China's economic innovation and development,transformation and upgrading.With the rapid development of economic globalization,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The challenges faced by manufacturing enterprises are constantly changing and upgrading.The complexity of product structure,the increase of demand diversification and the frequent changes of orders have brought huge obstacles to the optimization of manufacturing system.Especially the late development of medical consumables industry,at this stage in the labor-intensive manufacturing stage,the level of automation needs to be improved,and the enterprise information construction lags behind.How can the medical consumables industry grasp the opportunity,use the advanced digital manufacturing integrated system,realize the transformation from traditional experience management to digital and intelligent manufacturing,and cope with the complex and changeable market competition.Therefore,it is imperative to realize the digital management of medic al consumables manufacturing system.This paper focuses on the basic theory of MES,module functions,development status at home and abroad,the relationship with ERP and the comparative analysis of different types of databases.This paper discusses the development status of medical device industry and the particularity of information requirements.Based on the management requirements of WG syringe branch,the design and implementation of MES system for digital chemical plant are discussed.The framework model of digital chemical plant for medical device industry is constructed.Finally,the design and development of MES system for digital factory is completed.After online test,each module of MES system is tested The design function achieves the expected purpose,and the performance is stable and good,which brings management reform and economic benefits to the enterprise.At the same time,with the help of MES system,the information of the whole chain of production,supply and marketing can be connected in series,and the integration with eas,PS,BPM,Bi and other multiple systems is strengthened to strengthen data sharing,establish different levels,multi-dimensional data collection,interpretation and analysis,provide data support for management deci sion-making,and improve the level of real-time management.
