Research Of Information Integration System In Digital Library

The information integration and information retrieval are not only the importantfoundation the digital information resource，solve the expansibility of the digitallibrary system and support complex information access，but also the importantcontent for the users to rapidly，precisely and even individually obtain usefulinformation from the digital library， thus provide decision support for theconstruction of the information system．This paper mainly introduces the methodsand techniques for the application of metadata in the digital library，the architectureand methods for the integration of the heterogeneous data，and realization techniquesfor the information integration and information retrieval in the digital library．The point of this paper is the research and the fulfillment of the method，technique and realization of the information integration and information retrieval inthe digital library．The system development mainly adopts UML，and establishes the primarymodel diagrams on the stages of analysis，design and realization，such as classdiagram，deployment diagram，which make a static and dynamic behavior modelingon the system and effectively support the development by use cases driving.In sum，the research on information integration and information retrieval systemsolve the problem such as knowledge sharing and retrieval on one stop.
