The manufacturing industry is to achieve industrialization and modernization of the source of water and the root of wood,it is the foundation of the national economy,it is the root of wealthy and powerful people.Since the creation of the industry,has experienced the development stage of mechanization and electrification,now information technology,digital technology is a profound impact on the development of manufacturing industry,the digital factory will be an important development mode to realize the Intelligent factory before the future.Since twentieth Century,the development of digital factory has experienced several stages of information island,information integration,process integration and enterprise integration,the future is also to the development of inter enterprise integration.When the Chinese government to encourage industrialization and information depth integration of the two,take a new road to industrialization,and issued the "China made 2025" national strategy in 2015.Digital factory will be fully applied information technology to promote the development of the industrial industry,will accelerate the industrialization and information technology in the technical and management layer of the integration.MES is the key technology to realize digital factory production process digitization,focusing on production management,the establishment of shop floor planning and execution control system which is based on digital technology.With the successful construction of MES,through the acquisition of production data in more detail,to optimize the entire production process,improve product manufacturing flexibility and timeliness,efficiency maximization of enterprise resources,realize the digital production process,strengthen the vertical management of the enterprise,is an important part of the construction of digital factory.This paper takes the manufacturing execution system MES as the technical foundation,and takes the W company as the research case,W company is a typical manufacturing enterprise in electronic information industry,such enterprises are a new force for the development of electronic information industry in China,theelectronic products manufacturing plants are currently faced with rising labor costs,industrial upgrading difficulties,product needs to be traced back and other problems.In this paper,in order to solve the W company efficiency,data collection,product traceability problem as the research object,using the research method of combining theory and practice,for the automation and MES in electronics manufacturing factory to realize digitalization construction of factory practice research.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the study,analysis of the domestic and foreign research status and application status of the MES.And pointed out that the domestic research mainly focuses on the realization of the MES principle and the realization of function in the process of digital factory,and expounds the application of MES system this paper focuses on the technology in the electronic manufacturing enterprise data acquisition,product traceability and other specific research on the application of problem solving.In the second part,the theory of MES system is introduced,mainly from the function,MES standard,MES function model are described in this paper.In the third part,the author puts forward and analyzes the problems of production efficiency,data collection,product tracing and so on which are solved by W company.The fourth part is the third chapter puts forward the problems given the solution,first described the concept of the digital factory,through the integration of production efficiency and solve the problem of data collecting and development of automated production test system and MES system,the design process based on product traceability is to realize the function of product traceability system by MES product.
