Design And Development Of Integration Business Planning System

Comprehensive business plan management is an important part of enterprise management.Its management process involves many departments,a wide range and runs through multiple management levels.Therefore,it is of great significance to manage the preparation process of comprehensive business plan efficiently,completely and normatively with heavy task,high difficulty and high intensity.It is the focus of military research institutes to transfer the business process of comprehensive business plan management to the network-based management information system,ensure the comprehensive,unique,accurate data information of comprehensive business plan management,manage business process efficiently,and break through the data chain of enterprise management.Therefore,this paper designs and implements the comprehensive business plan preparation system.Firstly,this paper investigates,analyzes and summarizes the business model development of comprehensive business plan management at home and abroad and the development level of corresponding management information system,and discusses the necessity of design and development of comprehensive business plan preparation system.Then,combined with the actual situation of a company's comprehensive business plan management business and management information system construction,this paper analyzes the problems caused by the lack of information system support in the current comprehensive business plan management business,and puts forward a set of integrated business plan management information solution based on network.In view of the comprehensive business planning system to be realized in this project,through the investigation of business personnel at all levels of a company,this paper puts forward the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system,and carries out the overall design of the system.The integrated business planning system adopts B / S architecture.In the process of system development,the design scheme of separating data storage layer,business logic layer and interface display layer is adopted.The implementation of the system adopts C # and JSP(Java Script)language as well as Silverlight technology,and SQL server is adopted 2010 database stores the management information of comprehensive business plan,and uses ESB data bus technology to connect the data interface and process interface with other business systems.In this paper,E-R modeling,database entity relationship model design and data model association relationship of the system database are carried out,and more detailed module design and implementation are carried out.According to the business logic,the business functions of the system are divided into levels and modules to guide the development process orderly and efficiently.In this paper,a comprehensive business planning system is implemented,including plan filling,plan auditing,plan execution,plan adjustment,plan query and system management.This paper designs a test case covering all the functions and performance indicators of the system,and tests the system.The test results show that the system can provide efficient,complete and standardized functions of comprehensive business plan compilation and management,and has the ability of compilation and reporting,audit and approval,summary and balance,query and statistics,and achieves the expected design goals.
